How Do I

I’ll be honest with you-its not. BUT what you do get is my opinion and expert tips which I think are pretty valuable (I’m biased, I know.) I’m a self-proclaimed foodie that can’t sit still, so I’m always searching for

  • Illustration 86% 86%
  • Design 72% 72%
  • Branding 87% 87%

These are a few of my most favorite things in Dallas.

When people find out that I have a blog that’s focused on Dallas & all it has to offer, it’s usually followed with “Oh what’s your favorite ….”. Here are a few of my favorites from different categories.

Coffee Shop

This is a toughie. The coffee shop that has my favorite atmosphere is La La Land Cafe but my favorite coffee(coffee beverage really) is the chocolate latte from Houndstooth Coffee. They have multiple locations & will keep you wonderfully caffeinated.

This is a daunting question for me because I have all my favorites organized in categories BUT…..Mariano’s Hacienda speaks to my soul. Margaritas, chips and salsa, homeade tortillas-need I say more?

Knox/Henderson is my favorite place to park, walk & explore. There’s lots of shopping, a Trader Joe’s (ILYSM) and fun restaurants & bars to grab an afternoon cocktail at.

Some of my favorite days have been spent wandering the galleries at Dallas Museum of Art. It is most definitely worth the time & cost. Pro tip: if you’re a local, buy the yearly membership for free parking & first looks at new exhibits.
